How do I book a flight?

Request a flight, choose an Ethiopian Airlines flight and pay straight away to secure it. We then book it with the airline and email your ticket.

How do I pay?

Online with PayFast (card or Instant EFT) from your tracking page, or by EFT using your booking reference as the payment reference.

When will I receive my ticket?

After your payment is confirmed and your ticket has been issued and checked by our team.

Pay before 14:00 (South African time) on a working day and we send your ticket the same day. Pay later, or on a weekend or public holiday, and you get it on the next working day. EFT payments count once the money reaches our account.
